Description:

Atelier Escha & Logy Plus: Alchemists of Dusk Sky is a RPG game published by Gust, Koei Tecmo Games released on January 19, 2016 for the PlayStation Vita.

Atelier Escha & Logy Plus is a remake of Atelier Escha & Logy, which debuted on the PS3. It is the 15th game in the Atelier series and the 2nd game in the Dusk trilogy

Atelier Series Description

The Atelier games are a series of “crafting” time management RPGs where you gather materials from the field and monsters and use them to synthesize a variety of items via alchemical reactions. The synthesis system, although simple in practice, gives you a decent amount of customization on your items. Throughout the game, you will be obtaining better materials, which you will then use to make and remake items for better effects.

Every few months, you will be given assignments where you turn in specific items or perform the main goal given along with a bunch of sub goals that you should complete for maximum benefits.
Other than that, the game is pretty open world. You gather and craft, gather and craft, rinse and repeat. And trigger events to interact with the other characters in town.

If you want some CHALLENGE, there are some optional bosses that require alot of preparation to defeat in late and post game.

Atelier Escha & Logy Plus Description

The second game in the Dusk trilogy. It takes place 4 years after Ayesha in a land to the west.
The “element based” alchemy system has been further casualized with the addition of Synthesis skills that drastically changes the way you go about synthesis. It can be abused for extremely strong weaponry at even the start of the game.

The battle system in Escha & Logy is quite literally a direct copy-paste of Mana Khemia’s. I’m not even joking, all the multiple Assist attack, guarding, switching, and other stuff is in.
You run 6 party members with 3 in the front row and 3 in the back row and you can switch them anytime either through the battle option “Switch” or using Assist gauges during attacks or guards.
Only thing actually missing is Burst Mode.

There’s even a certain item called Tauzent Blitz, who’s Level 2 version via Double Draw is Vayne’s Finishing Burst move, Einzelkampf. (Level 3 is Atelier Totori’s Mimi’s finisher, Einzelkampfer)

As for time limits, this game even further makes it easier for you to not actually lose due to reaching the deadline too fast.
This is because you now have an equip section for battle items called “Adventurer Equip” that gets refilled every time you come back to town. Most of your time loss is due to resynthesizing items so this makes the time limit a complete joke.

The story for this is the R&D Division at a remote town of Corseit is severely understaffed so they have hired two alchemists, Escha and Logy, as their new employees under the town government’s payroll.
The town was originally formed for exploration of ruins in the  surrounding area with the main goal being the Unexplored Ruins in the sky.
Your job for now is to assist the townspeople at Corseit with their issues.
